If you're buying a house, co-op, condo or other real estate property it is essential to have a thorough home or property inspection done by an experienced NYS licensed, Internachi certified home inspector. Your Participation
The duration of an inspection varies, but typically requires 2 - 4 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. Toward the end of the inspection you are encouraged to accompany me as I do my final inspection walkthrough. This allows us to review the conditions and components needing service along with other maintenance items of importance. After we have walked through and discuss the property, you will find the inspection report easier to understand.
